We hope you love your new items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have
14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange/return for any items. You may exchange or return the item(s) for
STORE CREDIT ONLY redeemable at our retail store THE SHOP or at
theshopbysara.com.
As a small business, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged (shipping charges do not apply). Items can be returned/exchanged either in person at our retail store or through mail. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
EXCHANGING for a different size or item will require the customer to ship item(s) back. All items must be in new and unused condition to be eligible for an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. The customer will be required to pay shipping costs of the return.
To be eligible for a return with THE SHOP, all items must be:
- postmarked within 14 days of being received
- unworn and unwashed
- in the same condition as received with original tags still attached
Please note: The following items are not eligible for returns: sale items, gift cards, bodysuits, all undergarments.

Please understand that we are a small business. Our products are constantly changing due to the amount of quantity. Because of this, we only accept returns, from in store, within 14 days for STORE CREDIT only, that can be used both instore & online.
